Crucial Enterprises, LLC Crucial Enterprises stole my laptop! Internet

I am always looking for a good place to bring my computers-but when I saw this rip-off report on Crucial Enterprises, I just had to comment.

I don't want to launch a personal attack-but good business is built on trust and a good reputation, and this man, Gabriel Romero certainly does not have that going for him.

He is, unfortunately, a convicted felon AND the beautiful girl he makes reference to supporting, is the daughter of another man. Mr. Romero broke up the family by having an affair with the little girl's mother.

In these days of economic hardship, when we have to really choose carefully where to spend our money-please look for upstanding business men and support law abiding citizens and the American ideal of family.

This guy has some serious nerve to post this slander. Here is how the entire thing played out step by step:

1 - His wife calls and says she wants her laptop fixed

 2 - I have to drive over 50 miles to pick it up, yet am nice enough not to charge a travel fee

 3 - I spend ALL weekend diligently fixing the machine, upgrading and perfecting it

 4 - I write the invoice for only a few hours of time, out of the goodness of my heart, only $140 PICKED UP, FIXED, AND DELIVERED TO A CITY TWO COUNTIES AWAY.

 5 - I deliver the laptop and receive the check that states plainly "Computer Fixed, Thanks" on it, not something characteristic of someone who has been ripped off, eh? See the picture below for details:

6 - She has her husband call me claiming cursing and accusing me of "stealing his laptop", yet according to my coworkers (who will be posting to verify) who were present, it IS indeed THE VERY SAME laptop they claim was stolen!! He then tells me that he cancelled the check, and basically rips ME off! 

7 - So on top of wasting countless hours of my personal time (on the weekend, mind you) perfecting his laptop, which could have gone toward helping someone who appeciates it, and losing the money, i ALSO am penalized by MY OWN BANK!! YES, no joke. This guy REALLY screwed me. 

I have a family I support, a beautiful little girl, and an established clientele that include reputable businesses, celebrity clients (who shall remain nameless due to confidentiality), and unfortunately guys like this who try to get by in life getting something for nothing. He even pretended to "look up" the information on the laptop to pretend he had "verified" something. This guy is a liar plain and simple. If I were guilty I would not take a fraction of a second of my valuable time to write this. 

People, don't believe everything that you see. There are ALWAYS two sides to the story, and I have an impeccable reputation despite this false accusation.

Gabriel Romero of Crucial Enterprises, LLC, Gainesville, FL stole my laptop.  I hired him to clean it up and he returned a different computer to me.  It's in terrible condition and does not work properly.  When I challenged him, he cursed me out and told me it's my word against his.  Do not trust this man.
