I specifically asked to be booked under the rate where I would be getting OBC for any price drops up to sailing. I was told I was in fact booked under that rate. When price dropped found out agent booked us under past guest that
does not quaify for price droppings.

Travel agency takes no accountability and not willing to work with me in any way. I asked them to go back and listen to recorded conversation to see the agent did not book what I wanted. They refused. Wn't admit that they booked me under something I did not want. They blame carnival and tried to say its a new policy that Carnival made, being a seasoned cruiser I know this to be false. BUYER BEWARE

The manager of cruise adventure travel contacted me today and this issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. It was nice to see that they do care about there customers!
