In January 2009, I ordered the basic Crunchless Abs DVD for $9.99 + shipping and handling to come to a total of $19.99. In mid-February, I received a second shipment. I did not open it as I had not ordered it, but I could tell that the envelope contained three DVD cases.
I was OUTRAGED! I immediately realized what had happened.
I called the 800 number listed on their website. After being on hold on my cell phone for 30 minutes, I demanded a full refund for the second UNAUTHORIZED charges (shipping AND handling)! Rosaline with Crunchless Abs informed me that my UNAUTHORIZED charges in full totaled $46.97 and that I would not be reimbursed until up to 10 days after Crunchless Abs received the returned package! SCAM!!! Do NOT order!!!
