Crunchyroll crunchyroll.com Double dipping from bank account & ignoring request to terminate services Internet

My daughter signed up for this company's servives which provides over the web access to anime or manga cartoons for $6.95 a month.  This business had their monthly fee drawn from her bank account.  A few months later, the bank notified her that her account was overdrawn and charged her $60 for this.  It was found out that Crunchyroll had started double charging her on a monthly basis.  She tried to terminate this service but her email requests were all ignored.  My emails were also ignored.  No one responds to their listed phone numbers which only directs people to their web site and email address.  We finally had to close her bank account to stop them.
