Crye‑Leike Bobby Hill Cancelling contract without any notification Hermitage Tennessee

I signed a contract to buy a house with Bobby Hill as the sellers realtor. We were never told the sellers had a hard line with respect to the price not being able to be lowered even if the house under appraised. The house did under appraise by $17,000 dollars and immediatley Bobby Hill re-listed the house as not under contract. Bobby never contacted my realtors to inform them that he had ended the contract. This I feel was a complete waste of our time and money. Bobby Hill re-listed the house at the same price as before even though the appraisal came back as $17,000 under the asking price. Be warned with this Realtor and steer clear of his shady practices.
