CSE Advertising Solutions Rebecca Curtis Scam artist and fraud Internet

I've been using CSE Advertising Solutions for about 2 years and besides the excellent traffic services I continue to experience, the customer service unbeatable and unlike any other online experience I've ever had. Support is fast to reply and even faster to resolve. The ONLY place I buy pop-under traffic is from these guys. It's hard to find reliable service and it's even more rare to get the customer service that seems to be missing from so many of the outlets we constantly give our hard earned money to.

After receiving great customer service recently I wanted to leave feedback on their site. After doing a Google search and finding this report, I felt it only fair to share my experience with those considering doing business with them.

CS Enterprises (http://cseadvertisingsolutions.com/) says 3 things and all 3 are lies! How bold!

Lie 1:
-"We always deliver quality advertising services as described in
our service listings. We offer refunds within 24 hours of request for
any undelivered service. Unfortunately, this client opened a Paypal
dispute for a full refund after all Purchased traffic credits had been
delivered. Please see below for further details."

I opened the paypal dispute after CS Enterprises was ignoring my request to show proof of delivery of impressions from the high-quality sites promised before I made the purchase. I understand not all the impressions will be from those sites, but I haven't seen even one impression!
I gave CS Enterprises a notice on 12/14/2012 and having received no response initiated the PayPal dispute on 12/21/2012. Furthermore all "Purchased" traffic credit had not been delivered like they say. Only 50,000 were delivered out of 200,000. Screenshot of backend system as proof is included.

Lie 2
-"Prior to purchase, client requested a list of sample sites within a specific
category. We provided a sample list of 3 sites within the requested
category and notified the client that it was simply a sample list and no
guarantees could be made that his website would show on any specific
website within the category chosen. Client proceeded to setup a traffic
campaign which we activated with a 90 day completion period. A few days
into his promotion period, client requested that we speed up his order
to complete within 30 days."

Sample sites means the sites that CS Enterprises has advertising agreements with that will display ads purchased through CS Enterprises. Since none of those sites displayed my advertising, nor anyone else's advertising, I requested proof which was never delivered. Once again, I haven't seen even one impression of my ad (popunder) from those sites. CS Enterprises lied about being able to offer such a service
I did initially request to speed up the impressions in the hopes of seeing my ad or seeing some conversions from the traffic, but CS Enterprises ignored this request and did not speed up the rate of impressions. The so called "targeted" traffic converted at 0%. In other words $0 ROI with this company.

completed services. Paypal reviewed his dispute request and our proof
of delivery, along with all email communications between this client and
our support department (to prove that we never promised specific ad
rotation locations), and decided in our favor as all services were
delivered as described. Email communications between this client and CS
Enterprises can be obtained by contacting our support department at
support@cseadvertisingsolutions.com."

PayPal could not arbitrate the dispute for the sole reason that they do not cover intangible products such as services, and since this is a internet service, they said they cannot decide on the outcome and that I have to deal with my credit card company instead, which is what I am doing. Why continue to waste your time and worsen your reputation? Rebecca Curtis you have met your match and this problem will not go away until you refund me. Don't you think you've wasted more efforts in trying to keep my $230 than it is worth? I am doing this not only because this is my hard earned money, but because there is a honesty principle. Do not lie to people to get them to purchase your services and you will not have these kind of problems. You forfeited your right at refusing to refund me by lying to me about what services you can deliver. It's bad for business.

This company can't stop lying and trying to get out of giving me a refund. No, services were not delivered as described like you say. Bought 200,000 impressions for 230$, got 50,000 and they won't refund me. Only bought this service because I was promised some impressions from a couple high ranking sites in google for my market but I was lied to, and those sites it turns out have no agreements with CS Enterprises like I was told. Collective lawsuit anyone?
