I ordered my first set of complete struts from Alliance Automotive and the were defective causing the vehicle to pull to the right.  The company agreed they were defective and sent me a second set which had the same issue.  I put yet a third set of struts from another Company on the vehicle and had no issues.  Alliace Automotive refuses to let me return the product and get a credit.

Misunderstand Between Customer and Company

AUTHOR: Scott - ()

POSTED: Thursday, June 26, 2014

I would like to make this right as I was in error.

This was just a misunderstanding between me and the company.  After discussions with the company everything was corrected.  I will recommend Alliance Automotive again as the service is outstanding.

I would like to thank Alliance Automotive for all of their professionalism and rapid responses.

#1 UPDATE Employee

We have a Warranty Program!

AUTHOR: Alliance Automotive - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, June 11, 2014

The buyer ordered over 3 months ago a set of struts for his vehicle. He had them installed by a mechanic. He let us know a month after purchase the struts were making his car veer to the right. We consulted the manufacturer who said it might have been a defect and they would honor the warranty and replace. After sending replacements, the buyer said they were defective also. No reason, just that they were defective. He then demanded a refund. This could have been buyers remorse but besides the fact at this point.

Our warranty policy CLEARLY states that after 30 days, a replacement will be processed and no refunds past that point. We offered to have his mechanic and our resident tech talk about installation to find a resolution. Considering the buyer installed them himself we can't be sure if it was the product at fault here and there is no sense in talking technical procedure with someone not experienced in strut installation. The buyer is welcome to return the parts for replacement. No refunds will be processed at 90 days.

The buyer stated the following:

"I will make it a pledge to post and send more of these out.  If you would like to send me yet another set of struts to try I can return the Monroes.  Lession learned its not always good to try and save money and get a decent product.

I will also contact my credit card company."

We do not take threats lightly and have noted his account accordingly. Please note the buyer will be dishonest and file a chargeback on his credit card. This is very dishonest and seems to be the norm for this buyer. His feedback for these parts,: "Item perfect,,/Quick shipping".  Perfect? Now they are not decent? Hmmm....

Alliance Automotive is adamant about being an honest and trustworthy online seller. We truly wish all buyers would also prove to be honest and show some integrity.
