cssetup.com charged my debit card $10.05 for an internet site access that I did not authorize Internet

on April 9th I discovered a charge on my debit card from this company for $10.05 that I did not recognize, when I called the number I got a person who I am guessing was located in India due to her accent and evasiveness when I asked for information regarding the charges, she informed me the charges were for an internet access site but that was as far as I could get as I was unable to clearly understand her after several attempts for her to give me the web address slowly...she then said " sir, the charges are cancelled and no further charges would be made", when I asked about the current charges which I did not make, she again was very evasive and then gave me the "thank you for calling... goodbye" and disconnected
