I went on to ctbeauty.com to buy Biolage conditioner and I never received anything. I went on to the website I can't find it I can't reach anyone by email they're just gone. this really sucks because I work at Little Caesars and make seven dollars an hour and I wanted to treat myself and was trying to get a good deal on the internet and now I was just robbed of over two hours of my life when you think of the time it took to make that money.

Yesterday a month later I finally got my order, and it's great! I got a great product for a fantastic price. But a MONTH later. Even if they would of called our emailed saying hey sorry it's going to be late.. Inventory or whatever the reason. If they would of did that I would be a loyal customer of there's because I'm so happy with the product I felt like a seven year old on Christmas. Anyway to all the other people that just bought something a week ago and your upset, take the tracking number and sign up for text alerts and hopefully a month or so after you have lost hope you will get a nice surprise!!! Good luck!!

I can't believe it but I just got a notice one month later there is a package on the way!! Will update when I recive. Can't believe it! With the website gone and so many other people saying they got scammed. We will see if my faith in man kind might yet be restored!
