Cuban Lou's is an online cigar shop. I use to buy from them since 6 years and in general they were correct. Bur since last summer they started not to deliver the orders. I made two orders in summer and after three months they said that will refund because the package was lost. Since October they have not refunded and do not respond to my e-mails.
