In August of 2020 we bought a Chevy track. The sales man John Acosta and his managers told us that we had a grace period of 2 months before we had to pay our 1st payment on the car. So this month September 2020 we received a bill to pay on the car which we were expecting because of the grace period That we were supposed to have. We did not have the money this months because of what we were told so Now I have to pay double the amount Of money so that this doesn't ruin our credit . I  contacted the bbb and I told them what when on I told them about the grace period They promised and I filed the complaint.

Better Business Bureau has tried serval times to contact Cumming Chevrolet they have refused to cooperate and respond to the report. My advice is not to buy from Cumming Chevrolet in national city they  do everything they possibly can to sell a vehicle to somebody so that they can get commission even if it is lying through their teeth. I don't want anybody to have to go through what I'm going through right now. Please if your looking at buying a chevrolet go to a different  dealership.
