Check your accounts!  This "Service Provider" has transferred all my money to himself and according to Facebook, has left the country and is residing in Peru, South America now on your money.  Hired a Florida lawyer, Boss, Aliria, and Hoag.  This is Civil Theft which can not be excused in Bancruptcy.  Getting $30,000 (3 times the money) judgement by Default but it cost me $5000 Retainer with no guarantee of collection.  Hopefully I will recover some through write-offs and possible sell the debt if I can find someone interested.  Maybe it will cost you less. I have already paid for the leg work.  Somehow we all need to get our information to the DA.  I also filed a report with Federal Trade Commision and FBI.  THIS IS FRAUD! Because there are so many of us, it is no longer Breach of Contract but criminal charges can be filed.  But, you must make your voice be heard.

In the meantime, also run a Credit Check on yourself.  Found out that if your CC company has "Charged off" the debt, settling at this time will not do anything to repair your credit rating.

Settling your account/pouring more money after bad, unless the debt has been sold to a different company, will do NOTHING! and they are through with you.  If they have sold your debt, you are in for a whole other roller coaster ride.
