I thought i was purchasing AVG antivirus for a one time fee of $49.99 and turns out it's some company in Moscow and they charged me $80.00. Doesn't Microsoft know that this is happening?

Meyerocorp - Cure-soft Shop Moscow They offered the one time charge of $49.95 and then charged $64.67. This charge was made and removed at one time and then charged it again. There is no way to contact them. Nationwide
