Current Electric/Generator , Linn and there scheduler Called for appointment with probably the best electrican working there!..It took me two weeks to be able to get Trent. Two weeks later and alot of posponing, moving other appointments, He was a no show. They did not call. At some tpoint, I called Current. They "said" an emergency came up ! As soon as Trent was completed with that he would come. About 3 hours later, I again called them. I was told, via Becky, he would not be completed with the job today and if I wanted to reschedule? I agreed and told her Why? Appears you do not honor your appointments. Since, Linn has taken over, one could only imagine he is all about money. I agree with the other gentlemen, he must treat his employees like dirt. It appears it is like a swinging door with his employees? Trent is the only one I would even let into my house to do anything electrican with Linn's company! Lacey Springs, alabama Alabama

 Two weeks ago, I called Current Electric. I had several electrical issues.  I requested Trent to do my work!  They advised me, he would not be available until January 17, 2015 but tried to agree for me to let another electrican do my work!.  Frustrated but agreed, two weeks out for the availablity of Trent..

January 17, 2015.  At 8:00AM, no electrican.  I called Current.  They were going to check into my question and would get back with me.  Two hours later, no return call, I again called Current.  Talked with Becky.  She "told" me they had an emergency and Trent was dispatched to that location but would be at my house when he completed that job today!.

I was frustrated, one because they just left me hanging and two why couldn't  they not send another electrican out since I had an appointment for 2 weeks ?  If was if I did not have an appointment--especially one posted two weeks prior!

About an hour or so, Becky calls me.  She tells me Trent will not be through with this job today.  She asked if I wanted to re-schedule my appointment?  I had just been stressed to the max over this deal.  I asked her, "Why reschedule another appointment?"  "My first one was not honored?

She kept reminding me , "She was only the messenger!" She said "I am doing the job of 8 employees and she was the only one there!"  Hate it.  If she does not like those working conditions, she has options?  I really did not care at this point.

Since Linn has taken over, his prices has soared!  Seems  his hourly rate is astonimical  now, but I would pay it to have Trent do the work.  He is very good electrican.  I have been a customeer of Current since day one..when they were working out of one van! ...If they are just doing generator installations they need to stop advertising as Current Electric and go Current Generators?
