Get a copy of your FL Home Inspectors License and copy of all of the inspections for the past 12 months. If he can provide that - terrific you are good to go.

well, friends he is at it again.  somebody should report him to the the FL dept of consumer protection.  I have heard nothing new from you just that he continues to post on CL but no one has provided additional details since the original post.

Got this in a few days ago:

I responded to an ad on craigslist  - space coast - I think.  This guy avoids any kind of detail and won't show me any evidence that the business has a track record.  I wanted to see the ads he ran to get business and apparently they are from 5-8 years ago.  I agree with your other post - it is weird that there is no record of a home inspection license.  C'mon real estate agents would recommend an unlicensed inspector to their buyers?  I looked at the fraud case and for all the millions he claims to have made he had to have a public defender?  I thought about reporting him to the Florida Dept. of Revenue.
