Custom Built Personal Traning Crooked Owners, Sexual Predators, Failing Company Omaha Nebraska

I am desperate to stop these people from charging my credit card. Do either of you have any advice?

I have provided doctor's notes, police reports, and many other things, but they keep charging my credit card. I've tried cancelling the card and they "force" the charges according to my bank. My bank is trying to dispute, and it gets resolved only to find 6 months later the charges are "forced" through again.

No charges were authorized by me. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I am sure that the company is growing faster than it ever has, as you say because they are stealing from their customers. I signed up with this company and have had nothing but problems trying to cancel and they continue to steal my money with no srevices provided. As far the individuals that own this company I can not speak to their drug or sexual habits but I can say that they have  poor customer relations, well beyond poor it just sucks! In fact a manager at head quarters, Aaron, went as far to tell me that "if I did not have the notion to actually compleatly read the entire contarct I was signing and was ignorant enough to believe one of his (paid) employees over the contract that was in my hand then I deserved to have the money taken from my account"! It was awesome! If these owners mentioned above hire people like that to manage their company then it is not a far stretch for me to believe that the above statements are true. I have heard many many negative experinces about this company and their "shady" dealings.

First off, I must say that it's disheartening to know that we live in an age where people can post literally anything they want about a company or individual, no matter wrong or malicious it is. It is clear the person writing this report is someone who is hurt by the company in general, and generally just wants to see it fail. As a representative of Custom Built Personal Training, I would be happy to address all points above. There are many things that are very easy to defend in this report. For one, Steve Dow IS the owner of Custon Built PT, and is in no way "jumping ship." An Owner of a company is public record, and anyone could look into that and get their answer. Custom Built PT is not failing, not by any means. We are growing, adding locations, and profiting faster than we ever have in the past. The locations we are in are happy we are there, and the business relationships are very secure.

Now on to the personal attacks. I know each of the individuals you are speaking of, and you couldn't be farther from the truth. It was smart of you to remain anonymous, because none of these things can be proven and you would be sued for Slander. Coby Tisdale was one of the original employees of Custom Built, and has had a solid track record with us. There are no records in his files in regards to Sexual Harassment, and that has never been a topic of conversation. Since him coming to the Omaha area 5 months ago, that market has gone from last in every category to the best. It leads our company, and is the most profitable. Again, your allegations are public record, and I would challenge anyone to prove that Mr. Tisdale has ever been charged with any type of sexual harassment. It just is not true.

That leads me to the remarks made about Drew Marsh and Matt Yellon. Both of these individuals work out of our Corporate Office in Atlanta, so I will assume you have never worked beside them long enough to develop a true relationship with them. Your statements are probably based more off of feelings created by decisions they have made from a distance. All I can say is that to run a successful business, sometimes you have to make unpopular decisions. Decisions that upset people and cause them to write horrible things about your company. I will assume that one of these decisions probably caused you to write this report, and for that I apologize. Neither Matt or Drew are crooked, shady, or addicted to drugs. They run a good business and make the smartest decisions possible with the situations they are given.

If you are trying to bring down this company, you are going about it in the wrong way. No one believes that everyone in a whole company is corrupt. Your story would be much more believable if you said "Custom Built is a good company, but this person did this." People would believe that that person really is crooked. With your slander of everyone and everything, you just look like you are trying to play the victim role, and it's not working. I am sorry that your overall opinion of us and our company is so low. I am very grateful that so many people in your area do not share the same feelings as you do!
