david small of concept chrome and the whole small family are a bunch of rip off artists and need to be delt with if not financially then worse. i paid them to pick up my bike and my sons bike and I gave them a cash deposit and they never returned calls until i got very upset and mean. i paid them money for a service i never got and i will get my money back one way or another. they go to all bike shows in toronto and i want my money back now. i have 6 kids and the money i am missing can put food on the table for the week take food out of my kids mouth and your done.
