Their fraud was an attempt to kill the lawsuit where the defandants including Moore converted Military aircraft parts stolen for U.S. Department of Defence contracts. This report is totally false and written by a Robert M. Prestwood who is a international crook. please see report#560430 written by Vanessa Williams dated 01-26-2010 regarding his activitites. She was ripped off for $32,800.00 by Prestwood and is only one of his victims of his many sham corporations. Jon Cohen successfully won a lawsuit in superior court of Santa Ana, CA winning a large Judgment against Prestwood . The only person posing as a Subcontractor/Aircraft parts supplier is Prestwood himself. These false reports are being posted out of revenge. Prestwood is a failed business man who has been repeatly evicted from every location he has done business Oxnard, ca/Santa ana, Ca/Miami, Fl. If you work for him it will be for a short period from several weeks to 4-5 months at that time you will either quit or be fired for discovering his criminal ways. As far as having nothing Prestwood has zero assets in his name not even a car, he can't, with the big judgements and numerous lawsuits filed against him he would lose everything. He uses friends, relatives (including dead ones) to conceal himself and yes he has friends that stupid.!!
