Custom Staffing - CSI - Blue Chip Consulting Custom Staffing- Horrendus Customer Service Jacksonville Florida

I have now been contacted by 2 separate recruiters from Custom Staffing Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida on separate occasions (for different job positions). The recruiters retrieved my resume through Monster.com.

Both recruiters were nice, responsive, and polite during the initial phases of our correspondence via email and telephone conversations. Then, in both cases, the recruiters suddenly stopped responding to my emails and phone calls.

I am shocked at this policy/ attitude that CSI has towards the company's greatest assets, potential employees. Clearly, the company found value in contacting me again after my first experience with them. However, I will certainly not respond to them if they contact me again in the future. You would think that a Staffing Firm would realize the value in maintaining positive relationships with individuals, but CSI does not.

I have worked with recruiters from other agencies such as Mergis Group and Oasis Staffing and have been treated with great respect. These recruiters responded quickly to all correspondence and went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and had any information I may need throughout the entire process.

At CSI, the last recruiter I met with did not even provide me with the contact information for the individual I was interviewing with. He also made it very clear to me that he was doing this for the money. He was excited to find my resume and wanted me to receive and accept an offer...For the money. Money is clearly a motivating factor for every recruiter, but meeting the needs of your clients and potential employees is what leads to success, not pounding the pavement and in the process treating potential employees with disrespect.

In conclusion, if you are seeking employment and are contacted by a recruiter from CSI, pass up the opportunity and contact another agency. You will be much happier, treated with respect, and will be viewed as a long-term asset to the organization, rather than a short-term "pile of money."
