I paid for TWO separate orders from cutevivi.com - Never received either of the orders. It was charged to my credit card on 02/23 and second order 03/18 and the City next to the website name on my credit card statement is Hong Kong.

The website has been taken down and there is no phone number or support email to contact. I contacted my credit card company and there was no phone number associated with this company. This company is a FRAUD.
