Caremark pharmacy always charges me for a 90 day supply of my medication but only delivery me a 75 day supply. I am an Insulin dependent diabetic on an insulin pum, and Caremark always delivers me less than what my doctor has prescribed for my prescriptions. Which then I have to go with out for a couple of days before I get like 2/3rds of prescriptions. Who can I report this to, to have CVS Caremark investigated for fraud?
