This realtor has been using unfair practices by charging the tenant for repairs due to a house we rented in Dallas Texas. They charged us for base boards not being clean and for not having a stovetop spic and span cleaned we took pictures when we left to show how the place was.

This company charged us for the carpet not being shampooed $250 and also charged us for not changing the batteries in the smoke alarm before we left resident. This realtor has very aggressive tactics and they constantly threaten the tenants while living in residence.
