Cookie- cutter service for $3500 - hard sell - no results. The "project manager" spent MAYBE two minutes on the phone with me, never read an abundance of evidence I gave him, got zero results -- not even a single IP address after months of being cyber-stalked -- nothing. Then made excuses and brushed me off like a fly. They clearly do NOT care about their clients and have no pride in their own product. Please save your money!

CIS did the work but no results

They did the work as promised. However they did not establish the identity of the person cyber stalking me. Therefore this person has not been caught and likely never will as I can't any further investigation.

I wrote the above report hastily and in frustration. I wish I could remove it at this point but it is RR's policy that even the author of the review cannot remove it. Instead, an update. I've spoken with Bruce Anderson and he and CIS have come through and straightened things out with me. At this point I appreciate their approach and service, and they do care about their cases and put considerable time and effort into getting results.
