After seeing the Cyber Sonic Toothbrush commercial with Robert Urich last night, I was going to order one. But thanks to this board and all of the complaints from people regarding their customer service...I've changed my mind. I will wait until it's at Robinsons-May...where customer service is a high priority with them. Also, we'll probably see it soon at Costco for less. Thank you
