Cyber Trucker ripoff will not work as sold Locust Grove Oklahoma

this unit will not work as sold. i asked 3 times if it would work in my 2006 volvo 780 and i was told it would; but, after installing it, i found that the only way it would work is if it is tilted to one side. how would you like to use your laptop with one side 8" higher than the other?

the ad reads" The cradle pivots for driver or passenger use and it lifts out for easy removal. This permits easy access for the passenger to enter the sleeper" what thy don't say is that the only way this will happen is if you have a 6" wrench to losen 5 nuts...

the ad also reads "The dual cooling fans prolong laptop life, and even improve performance in some computers. Easily plugs into any 12V auxillary power source, such as your cigarette lighter", but the fans turn the wrong way and made my laptop overheat by taking the air away from the laptop's own fans, also the fans are open so when you grab the unit to move it, your hands grab where the fans are spinning-not a good feeling. the fans are to big and to noisy.

the cradle that holds the laptop, blocks 3 sides of the laptop so you can't access any part of the laptop but the keyboard, and it does scratch up the sides of your laptop.

the ad also reads "Highest quality chrome construction gives you a beautiful lifetime finish" all it is made from is a nose mirror mount and a wire in-box file holder, from walmart. the only piece they make is a bent piece. the whole thing can be made for $60.00, but they charge $249.00 + s&h

when i called, to complain about the above, they said that there was nothing wrong with the unit and they would not take it back or refund, very rude people, that don't care once they have your money.

i did turn them into the Consumer Product Safety Commission for the fans.
