CyberCoders - Alex Hall AKA Bounty Hunter Nic , Jon and Bernard Violating Recruiting Contract Irvine CA California

I was contacted by Alex Hall about a year ago to fill some construction positions and he was a resident at our property. It has come to our attention that Alex and a few other colleagues have violated the employment agreement we both signed stating that CyberCoders is not to pouch employees from our employees since we are an active client. I have been seen multi emails from Alex, Nic, Jon and Bernard trying to recruit my employees for competitive companies. We are in process of taking legal action.
