I asked for my money back, because I previously purchased the Same thing, they sold me the same thing twice within a month. They said they wouldn't refund my money. They Guaranteed their program to Fix my computer it did not, it only created more problems in my computer registry. Problems I could not get rid of. I emailed them and they sent me a letter back Refusing to refund my money.

Hello Marie,
I just wanted to let you know that I just posted a complaint as well on CyberDefender. They ripped me off to, lots of problems with my computer that their so called anitvirus software never caught. I finally deleted their pathetic software. I got scammed.
I personally believe cyberdefender is a rip off. Search the company on this site and read my report. They refuse to refund my money to me.
Thanks for coming forward on CyberDefender!
