In october, 24, 2007, I purchased some natural pills of them, the cost was paid from my credit card--- about 100 dolars ----, but I did not receive anything. So, after 30 bussiness days, I emailed them. And they said would re-send. But there are going more than 20 business days again, and I did not receive anything. I guess they did not send.

I would like to say I received the products I related above, in 01-02-2008, after almost 90 days.

They were posted in 10/26/2007 and were retained by ANVISA -- an Agency in Brazil that controls medicine products.

So, maybe I will receive the reposition that Cybermed promised me to re-send.
If so, I will authorize them to charge again on my Credit card.

I would like to add , that I had aquired produts of them, before, and never happened this fact.
