C.Y.F pittsburgh pa. C.Y.S. pittsburgh pa.,Larry Restivo,Jude Bisceglia. This agency took me to jail,and took my son on the spot as a result of a bogus call from someone on a public bus.Its all illegal&they kidknapped my other 2 babies out of the hospitals Mckeesport Pennsylvania

 my family has fell victim to this corrupt agency who does nothing but lie, use coarsment, violate civil rights, discriminate, commit crimes, rip apart families, and traumatize kids, usually for no valid reason. in my case, on 9/22/11, a bogus call from a random joker on a city bus caused the crooked cops to bumbrush my son and i as we got off the bus.

one officer took my purse and slapped handcuffs on me. he got my i.d.and ran my name while he was gone. of coarse my son and i were absolutly hysterical which they didnt like either-so they decided to add the charges of disorderly conduct, and public drunkeness to the endangering the welfare of a child. the allegation from the wackjob on the bus was that i gave my baby mace to chew on as a chew toy. who does that!!????

when the officer that took my purse came back, this is what he said verbadum "ms.cummings, i just ran your name and saw your extensive criminal history, you can save your breath."looked at the officer next to me and said "put her in the paddywagon."comepletely out of my mind, i screamed, cried, begged and pleaded to call someone to come get my son. illegally, i was never afforded that opportunity.

i was taken to jail on the spot, and my son ripped away from me as a direct result of being discriminated against for old felony convictions. mind you these were all years ago, before i became a mother and of coarse none of the charges were having anything to do with kids, neglect, abuse, violence, or anything of the sort. they also took full advantage of the fact that i was new to pgh.pa.as my i.d.was from fla.

no efforts have ever been made from them to unify, and reunify this family from day one until present day-as there has been two families, and 'hello' us biological parents fighting to get and keep my kids out of this trifiling system. because i have since had two other babies they kidknapped right out of the hospitals. another reason i have been majorly disciminated against by these devils is for being on prescription medications.

legal, doctor prescribed medications that i have been on for many years. they have had the audacity to say they feel that im being over-medicated. and it gets better they even supeanaud my pscychiatrist to come to a court hearing and ordered him to bring all my psyc.records with him. and i continue to ask all their higherups how and why can c.y.f.(they changed their name from c.y.s.from federal lawsuits against them,ect.)continue to go against judges court orders-cuz if i did this i would be in jail. needless to say, ive never been given an answer.

i have jumped threw all their outragous hoops, have done backflips, and have completed two family service plans for these fools and then some, but still to no avail. also very important, those false criminal accusations made on me, after three hearings where not one cop, not one 'witness', no one showed, therefore those false charges were thrown out and dismissed on 12/28/11. Why do these corrupt evil people still have my kids? had my oldest son been returned then like he should have, they would'nt of had the opportunity to kidknap my younger two.

for the love of God and for my traumatized kids sakes, can someone please help. they are now talking of adopting out my older two because they have been in care longer than 15mts.
