I purchased a TV Stand for a trade show in Las Vegas from Cymax online.
I authorized overnight shipping. I told Cymax that I needed it delivered before the start of the trade show or not at all.
This was too much for them to handle.
I never received the stand.
But, they billed me $102.79 anyway.
Nice.
I got a nice long email from Ramona.H, I quote:
"We have done everything we can to assist you with this order."
"No further credit is due at this time."
