Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Purchased what was described as a daybed with trundle from walmarts website, they were selling cymax/homesquare staci daybed with trundle for 218. they only sent the trundle portion of the daybed - not the rest of the daybed. tried contacting them via phone, keeps saying the customer service dept is closed... what a crappy way to run a company. no customer service at all - BAAAAAAAAAD DECISION to purchase from these idiots

i would like to report that Cymax made good on the return of this item that was erroneously listed on walmarts site as a complete daybed with trundle (we only received the trundle) - they are completely allowing full return and refund of the money spent on this item. Cymax paid for pickup shipping return label and will be refunding full amount of purchase.
