Cymax Stores Inc. CymaxStores.com ordered goods arrived damaged company keeps promising action but does nothing Internet

Ordered an end table, it arrived damaged. Sent them pictures of the damage and they acknowledge that the goods look like they were damaged in shipment. Have called 6 times in the last 3 weeks, always very polite but never keep their promises. They do not call back and do nothing to resolve the problem. Their goal seems to be to wait me out and then I will go away. I will never buy anything else from any of the over 100 stores this company has on-line. I believe they act in an unethical manner since they do not stand behind the products they ship. I recommend that you DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They give on-line shopping a bad name.
