Cynthia Diane Blanchard the President el jeffe of this group of fraudulent companies, sold us one thing and then once she had our money. Money that she accepted via Bank to Bank WIRE transfer consituting WIRE FRAUD, she claimed to pay herself back loans from our investment capital. Everything we were told about the company was a complete LIE. Not merely material misrepresentation but outright lies.
Cynthia Blanchard knew what she was doing, it was done maliciously and intentionally to defraud us.
She even had the audacity to use our money to buy a house and other luxury assets.

Every 3-4 months Cynthia D. Blanchard creates a new company and pitches a new investment scheme.
This is certain WIRE FRAUD. We have found at least 50 cases of WIRE Fraud by Cynthia Diane Blanchard, each count of wire fraud she land her in prison for 20 years! How about we put her away for 1,000 years, then perhaps time can catchup to her face.

Cynthia Diane Blanchard who is also known as Cynthia Diane French of Bartlesville Oklahoma and likes to remind us all she grew up in and attneded Dewey High School but she claims she is a Bartian through and through. After all Scotty Ambler was her high school prom date, but wasn't everyone at one time or another her 'date' ?
Cindy Fench mouth certainly has been ridden hard and put away soaked. Just have a look at this specimen she has become, she always will be the tramp we all knew in High School and beyond. Always trying to grift her way into the inner circles. Always trying to detract from her foodstamp days claiming she is mentally ill, looking for ways to get sympathy. We should all have empathy for this sociopath? Afterall she has duped us and many others in Bartlesville Oklahoma into thinking she is some sort of victim perhaps of her own mental illnesses. Besides the diseases she certianly has many mentla illneses that prevent her from being normal.
A normal person would not DEFRAUD othes so they can go buy more shoes from Dillards. Suprised Dillards went under in Bartlesville, probably becuase their number one shoe buyer Cynthia Diane Blanchard also Cynthia Diane French, stopped shopping at Dillards Bartlesville.
Cynthia Diane Blanchard is a fraudster, who has committed many hudreds of wire fraud over the years. She is the reason that so many people are apprehensitiv eor otherwise not willing to put up their own money for any of the proerpties that they now claim.
