Users reported large funds being wrongfully subtracted from their account balance when using the Cypher Card (MasterCard provided by PayCaddy).
The wrongfully substracted funds are transactions that resulted in errors and did not send the funds to the credited party but were nevertheless marked as "Settled" and subtracted from the user's account balance.
When contacting the service providers (Cypher and/or PayCaddy) the responses have been minimal before completely ghosting the victims. It is therefore that these acts can be interpreted as intentional and the company is unwilling to correct the inflicted damages to the victims.
It is advised for users to avoid services provided by Cypher and PayCaddy, or test with small amounts. Cyper is a service that requires you to connect your crypto wallet, raising considerable risk to your funds.
