I received a full screen Microsoft alert on my computer (not Microsoft) called customer service from that page and they sent me to this third  party company "Czone  Solutions  selling me a 499.99 package for three computers with lifetime support. the credit card did not go through.

Then I Googled Microsoft, called MS  found out the the full screen Microsoft alert was not them.  Very deceptive in baiting shame on them please do not fall for this.

Dear Sir/Ma"am,

Czone Solutions does not deal with pop up calls. Please provide your details so that we can look into this matter and get to the bottom of this. From the surface this looks like a fabricated review from a competitor to sabotage the business and limit the open market for us. Provide your name and email address to help us look into the data base and provide you the required resolution for the complaint.
