D' Nude Chinese Crested - Deborah Mihalko ripoff Entering Into Fraudulently Based Contracts, MULTIPLE LIES, and it only gets better! Anchorage Alaska

Vanessa, who was refused a puppy purchase from me because she indicated she would not show the dog to championship before breeding and whose money was refunded published a website against me, plagerizing my kennel name which is not legal. In this website, she parodies large parts of my own website with false, greatly exagerated or midleading information (she also bashes thememory and loss of my son through misscarriage which is sick and twisted and has nothing to do with the purchase of any puppy!) - a site she has kept updated in a stalking manner for the past 3 years. She gives links to my website as well.

She has also published two rip off reports (please do read the other as it so flagrantly and visibly false) In addition to all of this, which appear in the top 10 of any search of my kennel name, she has posts about me in many crested forums - ALL of this attention to my kennel by Vanessa brings MANY people to my website asking questions, or occasionaly, assuming I'm bad because one person didnt get a dog to do with as she pleased in a manner not consistent with standard breeder code of ethics. My response to the people Vanessa INTENTIONALY BRINGS TO MY WEBSITE is not harrasment in the least - it is my opinion of her actions. She certainly feels free to post her oppinion in a way as to bring as much attention to herself and to me as possible in a way that directs people to my website (which shows her commentary to be untrue.)

Recently, I was harrased with repeated emails and attacked by an individual whom I had never heard of before she initiated contact and who used one of Vanessas RipOff reports to "prove to me" that I was a bad breeder. My response to that email is posted above by Vanessa. (funny that she doesnt post the email sent to me that the response is to!)

Vanessa also states that the email address for her that I have posted on the reference page of my website (and for which she thanks me for and provides a link to on her website - the one that plagerizes my kennel name...) is an incorrect email and that people cannot contact her using it - funny that the person who gave her the email listed above had no problem contacting her through that email -along with the other epople she mentions....

Vanessa claims to have "washed her hands" after she received her refund yet she keeps a website against me that is updated on a regular basis and that promises more updates. She claims that my repsonse to a harrasing email by someone that her internet posts brought to my website is harasing to HER. And she wonders why I feel that she is phychotic?! Get real! If she doesnt want me to reposnd to people asking baout her than why does she try so hard to bring people to my doorstep? If course I am going to respond, as would ANYONE.

To date I have recieved haradding emails from Deborah Mihalko, long after I asked her to stop contacting me. It took well past the 60 days to get my money back from her. She was nothing but a hastle and a headache. She was verbally abusive, dishonest, and could not back her statements with proof or facts. She has gone on to be a nusance long after the fact. Sending me emails 6 to 8 months after I had gotten my money back and washed my hands of her.

I have gotten numerous emails from other dissatisfied and potential puppy buyers who have advised me that she is making harsh and derogetory remarks about me including this on March 19 2008:

They've all seen it. The author of this phychotic masterpeice is listed on my website's refference page - she even has a website about me where she also bashes the life and loss of my son, lost to miscarriage. It's full of exagerated and falsified bullshit, along with out and out phychosis and any sane adult (and most reasonable educated children) can easily pick through said bullshit - guesse that say's alot about the state of your own mind. I never claimed to a big breeder - thats one of the reasons I'm a GOOD breeder - I do not breed multiple breeds and I do not breed in volume - nor do I sell to puppymillers or backyard breeders (that would be you, speaking of shame)- which is the reason the author of said phychotic masterprice was pissed off - I wouldn't sell her a high quality b***h to breed to death or to breed without first being shown. There's absolutely zero shame in that - and in fact I'm quite proud of having refused Vanessa Spahan a puppy. The fact that she is a phychopath bent on belching her phchosis on the web in order to keep other phychopaths from purchasing my puppies is not a problem to me in the least!

I am begining to wonder if this harassment is ever going to cease! I am begining to think that she has forgotten that I still poses every email on disc....

She even goes on to tell her puppy buyers on her website that she "DEEMED" me "UNFIT" not only does she try to state that, but she also provides and inaccurate email address so that people cant reach me.

The Puppyfind reveiw....ONCE AGAIN DELETED!!!!

I finally recieved my refund yesterday.

My April 11, 2006 reviiew left with her ad was removed from puppyfind because she complained. I guess it would make it hard for her to rip off another person if everyone could see what she did.

I reposted another review yesterday...again she had it removed.

She tried to silence me by having my previous review removed last week. She lied about about being a show breeder & testing her dogs for OFA, CERF and PRA before breeding. She attempted to ammmend the contract. She listed the pup we were in contract for on puppyfind as 'available'. I discovered that she lied about who her dog are, & discovered she was using the photo of 1 dog as the dam of 2 seperate litters. I confronted her & she made excuses & tried to deny the lies she told. Then said I could not have the pup & she would not refund my $. I threatened to sue. She said it would take her 60 days to refund my $ because "$ doesn't come from thin air". Day 60 was 3/3/06. She called me filthy names & threatened to delay my refund if I did not keep my mouth shut, & tried to avoid me. I got my $ today. I would recommend that anyone looking for a dog take this as your fair warning!

She's also managed to conjure up some more reviews. I wonder if Christine Biron Knows that the dog she provided will be bred second cycle regaurdless of age, no testing was done and that she will sell the dog after breeding her and keeping a pup from her dog.

I am really begining to wonder how many people have been a victim to deborah mihalkos lies.

Deborah Mihalko finally replied to my numerous emails about my refund. She stated on 4/13/2006 that she had mailed me (by express mail) a US Postal MOney Order for the amount that she owes me.

As of 4/14/2006 2:28 PM I have not recieved anything from her at all. I have been to the post office today.

She also emailed me to confront me about the review that I left for her on puppyfind. She writes:

"had I read your negative review before returning your deposit i would have

Deborah Mihalko took a deposit for one of her dogs, after I saw that her ad stated that a sale was pending on her dogs I emailed her and asked where my money was, she stated that she was waiting on 2 checks from buyers for her dogs, and that they would arrive on April 01, 2006 and that she was mailing my money the day they arrived. She emailed me on 04/01/2006 and said that she was dropping my money in the mail.

I still have recieved nothing from her. I emailed her several times about this, but she has resorted back to not responding to my emails.

Deborah Mihalko of D'Nude Chinese Crested has stated that she would give back my money as soon as she sold a puppy or 60 days, which ever came first. Her reason for this was because money doesn't come out of thin air. In my oppinion, she's flat broke. Now she is trying to change her story to...I'll return your money when the puff b***h sells or 60 days, which ever comes first

Well I came up with a brilliant idea, I placed a wanted ad on puppyfind.com, a really far fetched and bogus ad....she was the only person to reply to the ad. I basically got her to devuldge that she did not do the appropriate testing that she said she did. She told me that her vet palpitated the dogs knees, because she does not feel comfortable putting them under (to have a properly trained specailist do it.).

I also spoke to the breeder she got the dogs from in the first place. The breeder was not the least bit happy with her, but I wont go into those details, because it is hearsay.

So anyway, back to the ad I placed....she told me two days ago when I emailed her and reminded her (like I do every week) that I haven't recieved my money back from her. She said that I was not getting the money back until the puff b***h sells. So anyway back to the ad, she contacted me and I asked her what she had available in the aspect of puppies...she had 3 hairless males, and a puff b***h. She also stated that she could not help herself but she was keep ing the puff b***h. At that point I replied to her again (she still did not know it was me that she was dealing with and I broke it to her that it was me and Since she was making no attempts to sell the b***h that she needed to return my money now) Sje had the nerve to call me the insane one for being cleaver enough to get her caught up in a hand full more fictious fabrications that she dreams up.
