So I recently paid for some items for the new ladder season on Diablo 2. Needless to say, I didn't receive any of the items I paid for. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions and have yet to receive a reply. I know you should never purchased virtual items to begin with, but what's done is done. I've filed a claim with PayPal in hopes that I get my money back but I am not hopeful as they are aforementioned, virtual items. Anyways, it's a lesson learned the hard way for me, but hopefully this will save someone else some money down the road.
