Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Dale Skater lied to me several times in order to sell a warranty. She blatantly lied about the details of the warranty, what the warranty covers, details about the car, and she used high pressure sales tactics to try and sell me a warranty. She knows next to nothing about the car, but makes up ridiculous lies.

Never trust what somebody says the warranty will cover. Ask for the actual warranty policy and read it. If they won't or can't supply that policy, simple solution...WALK OUT!
