Dallas county VSF LLC Illegally towed vehicle Dallas Texas

They towed my car from my apartment parking lot without any notification whatsoever out of the blue for no reason. then i called to find out why and all i was told was that it was for a permit which is not required at my apartment and then when asked how to retrieve the vehicle i was told that it would be 293 330 i asked what does that mean, again same reply 293 330 what does that mean $293,330 or do they not even know what they charge to release vehicles. this company is operating outside the legal limits and should be investigated by the state of Tx.
