We signed up for one of their summer camps.  The management of the young kids was dissappointing.  It was not well supervised and coaches did not have the skills for dealing with young kids.  We even heard one of the coaches make negative comments about having to work with the 6 year olds.

I would avoid the camp in general.

My young son has also been to some of the baseball camps that the Dallas Patriots sponsor, and I agree that the instructors seem to have little or no training in working with younger players.  I was especially concerned that greater care was not taken to insure the safety of these little guys.  I've seen kids nearly hit in the face with bats, kids getting hit with the ball because they are trying to do a drill at a level that the lack the skill for, and I've seen kids bully other kids and get away with it.  The instructors are knowledgable about baseball, but I feel it is a waste of money & time to send kids younger than age 9 to a Dallas Patriots camp.
