Dan Depasquale - DREC - Diversified Real Estate Consultants don't only rip off the public, but also mortgage companies since they promise to do the processing of other mortgage companies for loan modifications!They also rip off companies saying that they process for others, but they don't. They also have a sister company in Nevada, don't trust them either! They're ripoffs as well!
Dan Depasquale and DREC, has several other websites and offices! They're all ripoffs!
They'll cheat mortgage professionals out of money as well! They take for ever and their service is bad on top of the fact that in the end, they're try to collect on an invoice. They do fake service, with emails, so it would appear as if the bad service is from the lenders, but that's part of the scam.
They also had offices in Florida, but Dan said he was moving back to Ohio to make up with estranged wife.

Well, Dan DePasquale is a thief and I want my money back. I've contacted the AG in Ohio regarding Diversified Real Estate Consultants as Dan refuses to respond to the BBB complaint I filed. What a creep. Preying on people who need help and are looking for experts, which he claims he is. NOTHING was done on my modification by anyone other than me. I still can't reach anyone at DREC. IF this company is legitimate & in Nevada, I suggest the owner there take legal action against DePasuale as he's using DREC's name & trashing their so-called good reputation. Unbelievable. All I can say is, what goes around comes around.
