Dan Gibbs - Bedmart ripoff Fraudulant Sale Scottsdale Arizona

I made the mistake of purchasing a $2000 mattress from Dan Gibbs, Store Manager of Bedmart in Scottsdale, AZ. he told me he was selling me the bed i was sitting on...the floor model. the bed looked brand new to me and at the discounted price, i took it. little did i know i would be deliverd a different bed...an old, used, soiled bed. after calling dan and asking him to simply give me the bed he had told me he was selling me, he was very unprofessional and rude. i paid $75 to get this bed delivered and now i am sending it back. why would a reputable bed store sell me a used mattress for $2000. the employees smelled like beer when i made the purchase, also.
