This person still has his website up and is claiming he has legit tradelines. I was in the process of concluding a business transaction with him. He is a registered business in the state of Florida. Which is surprising since most con artists who do scam in theses particular ways usually don't have business filed with their state. So I am going to hold off on any advance pymts for now. If he provides me with legit tradelines that post. I will update accordingly.
