This is ANOTHER one of his Want Ad Digest Scams.  He Bred with our dog, then refused to square up on the deal, and has harrassed us.  He wants our dogs registration information but refuses to pay the stud fee.  Unfortunately, I did not find this report before we agreed to do business with him. :(
