Daniel Jackson Frances Jackson Deceptive, Scammers, Liars Ellis Grove Missouri

I was looking for a place to live on Craig's List which I admit was my first mistake. I found a house offered by Daniel and Frances Jackson and went out to meet them at the dwelling. The inside of the dwelling looked as it it had just been spit shined and polished for the next victum. From what Daniel had said I was the only one to come and see the place to date. Daniel called me a week later and said I had gotten the place so I went out and wrote him a check for first and last months rent for 1050.00. I moved in on 01 April 2014. Everything went downhill from there. Frances was always at the property without notice and always ready to give advice on how I should live and when was I going to be settled in. As property owners I did not afford them any information that did not concern the property, pretty much stayed to myself.

On 05 November of 2013 I attempted to cycle the house heater and it would not produce any heat. I called Daniel and he came out the next day and checked and advised me the pilot light had gone out and he had relit it. When I got home that evening I cycled the house heater and it immediately filled the house with dense smoke and soot. I shut the heater down and contacted Daniel the following day. He sent a HVAC person he knew out to look at the heater. The individual basically said the heat exchanger had caught on fire and could have burned the house down. The HVAC person removed all manners of power from the heater so there was no possibility of it coming on. It was not until 28 November 2013 Daniel finally replaced the bad heater with a good one. I would like to make note November was one of the coldest months on record for the area. During the Months I had lived there I noticed every time I touched the refrigerator I received a shock, for that matter every time I touched anything with a metal surface I received a shock. I called the local power supplier Ameren and they could have cared less, their responsibility ended at the weatherhead as they put it. What was noticed is that there was a ground wire run to the weatherhead but never run to the breaker box in the house. Ellis Grove does not have a building inspector so they did not care either. It was also noticed every time it rained hard the septic system would back up into the house plumbing system, angain, no building inspector, nobody cared.

On a monthly basis I would set out some 12 mouse traps and fill them all for the 14 months I lived there, rodent problem again nobody cared about. Keep in mind I learned about all of this over the time I lived there always making Daniel aware of the problems with his response of "That's Country Living" never taking care of any of the problems noted. After doing more research I learned the foundation of the house was basically sliding down the hill the house was built on whaer Daniel was constantly jacking up the house and putting wood blocks under it to keep the house as level as possible. He had been doing this for a while with what looked to be near 12 inches of blocks under the house.

January came and Frances called looking for the rent on the 1st of the month when they were always paid on the 5th. I have never been called or pestered for the rent prior to this time. I did not make much out of the call in January but when the call cam in for February I responded accordingly letting Frances know this was not the route she really wanted to take with me. The following months she became much worse, to the point I had to block her nunber and Daniel's number on my phone. Frances began to make Unlawful Entry into the dwelling never allowing me to know she was arriving or when. I changed the locks on the door which angered her not being able to get into the place at will. Shortly after that Daniel had the Sheriff serve me with a demand for rent which was not due yet. Shortly after that I was served with a FOrceable entry demand. Prior to all of this I got the picture they did not want me living there but would not tell me why.

To this day I still do not know why I was harassed or why the Court Orders were Served other than they wanted to keep the funds I ahd paid them a year earlier. The case went to court in Randolph County Court House where the case was heard by Judge Gross. The judge ruled in favor of the Jacksons regardless of how much evidence was provided. It was learned the court recoerder Sherry did not accept the paperwork I supplied the court with because I did not have the 87 to go with the papers. I turned around and filed indigent  and resupplied the papers to the court. I like to call this case the Baglovitch Symptom where you get to commit as much criminal intent as you wish and the court will rule in your favor.
