Through craigslist posting: http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/tix/5616604636.html, which is no longer available, I was contacted by someone who claimed to be Daniel Salvatore Walters. I gave him the full story of why I was a good candidate for the tickets and he agreed to sell them to me. We agreed that I will pay half in advance and the rest once I receive the tickets. I deposited a check for $450 to th Bank of America accont that he sent. A few weeks later, he contacted me and sent me a photo of the tickets and then requested the rest of the money before dispatching the tickets with FedEx overnight. I made the transfer and never heard from him again.

This dbag actually had the audacity to respond to reports about him. He is clearly the owner of that email address. When you look at his Facebook page he posted a picture that says "we are Giants." He's a sociopath who gets off to hearing about people who he screwed over.

Please remove Daniel's name off of your report. He is only a child and it is messed up that his dad is using his name because if you search his name all this stuff comes up. But Daniel does not so deserve to be punished he has his whole life a head of him. You do whatever it is you need to do Kristian by all means. But please keep Daniel's name off the Internet.
