 I had a similar experience regarding Appliance Desk in Houston, Texas. I bought an Equate combo washer dryer that stopped working after two months. I worked with Sophia and Peter at Appliance Desk to find someone in my area to replace the fan and thermostat. After weeks of phone calls and emails they would not let me return it but sent me another one, this also stopped working after a few months. This time it was the electronic board. They mailed the part and told us to find someone to replace the part and email them the invoice. After 6 weeks of emails and phone calls and no check. I gave Appliance Desk a horrible review on BBB.org. I received the check in the mail two days later!
