Dante Mitchell DT Commercial Vent Hood Installation Austin Texas

Dante Mitchell stole $10,650 from us and $5,650 from his coworker’s aunt.  There are probably other victims. Apparently he is a conman.  He contacted work under the name of a local HVAC company for installation of commercial vent hoods.  He forged the signature of the owner of an AC company and submitted for permitting.   

A week prior to the job, Dante Mitchell said he needed a deposit to order the material.  He visited our business four times prior to us making a down payment. He was always easy to contact.  He answered his phone after the down payment was made when our electrician called.  On the day the job was to start, he quit replying to calls, texts and emails.  When I texted him “your phone still works”, he disconnected his phone.

I found him and his wife, Monica Mitchell on Facebook.  When I tried to contact them via Facebook, they blocked us.  He has posted ads for vent hood installation on Craigslist in Texas and California.

When researching Dante Mitchell, I found another victim.   Dante Mitchel was recommended by an AC technician to the technician’s aunt.  Dante had worked with the tech in the past.  He did the exact same thing to them, took the money for the “material” and never showed up again. He gave fake addresses to both myself and the other victim.

Dante Mitchell is a fraud, a thief and a liar.  Do not trust him.  Do not give him your money.
