Scammers working in these companies collect money from you and have no intension of delivering the product. hold on your bank account. I lost time and money because i did not do my home work on these thieves. They have no respect for their customers. I'm speechless !

The reason for this issue is purely a miscommunication between our sales team as well as the customer. The product was already completed and ready to be launched, but in the mean time due to additional cost for the new tasks that was already completed, we had some miscommunication. Now everything was solved and we have launched the site successfully. Now we have planned to move forward to phase 2 customization tasks. Looking forward to have a long term business relationship. The Manager Who was handling my project was removed by Kapil ( One of the founding Managers ). I Was able to convey to him my consern. He did listen and took action to save the deal. Now we are moving forward wih a new manager. She is doing a great working with me so far to complete my project. To be continued.
