Found horse advertised by Laura as registered QH mare. Made arrangements and provided payment. AFTER she had the money order in hand, she then told us that we would have to file and pay for replacement papers with AQHA. When we voiced objection and demanded the return of the money, she refused.

My partner was set on the horse. < I was willing to continue to fight and get the money back >. After trying for more than two years to get back in touch with Laura,(during which time the phone number and website was no longer valid), we FINALLY got a response, found out Laura bought the mare at auction, and didn't even have the full name. No way for us to try to backtrack the horse's history.

She demonstrated to us that she's not to be trusted as a horse seller.
